This week we tried four different donuts from @siftglutenfree bakery. Rhue and Ondrea both like them overall but feeling like they were more similar to a muffin. I think they averaged about a 3/5 ⭐️. Back at Afton for our weekly solo hike. Last week I had some pain and fatigue issues and didn’t get out. I’ve gotten back into regular #acupuncturetherapy thanks to my friend Sarah being open to barter. She’s phenomenal. Let me know if you’re interested and I can share her info.
